I recently removed a few keys on my Sony Vaio to clean the sticky residue after a drink spill, and the spacebar is the only one I can't put back accurately.
It is technically snapping back on. However, it now requires a forceful push in the middle to get any response out of the key, and the right side is protruding much higher than the left. Does anyone have any tips for putting it back on more evenly? It's really annoying to have to push very hard exactly in the middle any time I need a space when before I'd get a response out of every area of the key.
