How to Speed up BitTorrent ?

I have 16 seeds , 15 peers , i have unlimited upload and download rate , but my download speed is 1.0 KB/S . btw im using BiTorrent6.1.2 ( cuz my uTorrent is not download ing at all ) , i did forward my port , i have internet speed in 256 and its ADSL ( dont know if the last info is usefull ) . What can i do ?
 
Be patient. Your torrent can only download as fast as others seed it if all the other settings are right.

Encourage everyone else to up their down & up rates like you have done.

If everyone in the world did that, download speeds would be super quick.
 
you dont want unlimited upload speed,set it to 3 max,it will affect your download speed
