How to stop a dog from urinating while it is lying down?

My dog has been urinating while asleep and while awake lying down. She won't stop and it has been happening frequently and only started recently. She is 14 months old. What do I do?
 
Have you talked to a vet? I'm not sure about that one, Well the books Dog Training For Dummies and Natural Pet Cures have a lot of helpful info...hopefully one of them will answer you Q!
