How to surpass the bandwidth of a 3G data card just like BitTorrent does?

I use a 3G mobile data card to access the internet and I also use it to bridge a connection to my Xbox 360 to get Xbox Live. Using BitTorrent I can use my card to the fullest and get up to 3 mbps, however when downloading things using Xbox Live I MIGHT get 100kbps. I was wondering what I could do to give my Xbox 360 bridged connection the bandwidth that my computer itself uses. I know it can be done, I've seen it from time to time... I just don't have any clue as to "how" to do it. Any suggestions? -and no, I can't get any other type of internet.
