How to sync music back onto my itouch?

The other day i plugged my iPod touch into the computer, and i think i synced it if thats even a word, now i cannot listen to any music on my iPod and the computer that i took it off is at my dads house so i can't get it off for a whole week... Any suggestions, i really need help pleeese! Thx xx
 
1. Never connect your iPod to any other computer. It will cause all you content to be deleted.

2. Your iTunes purchases are always in the iTunes store, you can download again.
Go onto the store on the iPod, login using your Apple ID. Go to 'purchases' download by tapping the cloud icons on the songs and Apps.
You can also restore data by using 'the cloud' in settings.
All you need is wifi and your ID and password.
