How to take my installed apps of my Nokia E5 memory card to another memory card.?

I have a Nokia E5 with tons of purchased apps installed in its 2GB memory card. I want to replace my memory card with a 32GB memory card. But how can i move all the apps installed in the 2GB memory card to the 32GB memory card.
 
It is impossible. You need to get the installers of the installed apps on your phone. If you got in OTA, you got download it OTA again. If you downloaded it using your computer, then you could download it again. The installers are usually at .sis or .sisx format.
