How to tell accuracy of multimeter for newbie?

Hi, I am a newcomer to electronics as a hobby and have been playing around with LEDs.

I have two Craftsman multimeters (models 82141 and 82345).

I set up a simple LED circuit with a power source from an external hard drive rated at 12V DC, 2A.

I measured the voltage of the power source with both multimeters and one read 12.22V and the other read 11.38V.

I measured the voltage drop of the LED and one read 3.45V and the other read 3.22V.

I measured the resistance of the 330 ohm resistor and both mulitimeters read 326 ohms.

I measured the current in the circuit and one read between 25.5mA--25.9mA, while the other read around 23.9mA.

Question: How do I know which multimeter is more accurate? And what is causing this discrepancy in readings (and how come resistance reading is the same)?
Used same probes on both.
