Hi there, i want to know how and what exercise i can do to tone my lower pecs, the upper pecs are fine now and are pretty hard when i tense but the lower pectorials are still a little bit soft and squishy, i would like to be able to tone them and tighten that area.
What exercises can i do and hoe many sets/reps?
I know for toning its low weights and high sets/reps, what do you recomend?
