how can i send and receive large files through internet without paying
 
Move next door to a McDonalds and download them wirelessly.
Or get a be account where usage is unlimited.
 
There are a couple of free and paid services online that let you transfer files over the internet. The best way though is to use a FTP program (again there are tons of those as well). I would recommend WinSCP if you have Windows and gFTP if you have Linux (I don't know a great Mac OS X FTP program, sorry).
