How to transfer my entire data+contacts from Blackberry Pearl to new iPhone?

I know that I must use my PC, my Outlook and they to Sync them with iTunes, but I really don't know the steps...
Can somebody have this patience to write them down all of them...Step-by-Step, please! Sorry...
