When I plug my iPhone in at work, a box opens which contains a folder I can open with all my photos and videos. Once I open that folder, I can easily transfer my photos and videos onto my work pc.
However, when I plug my iPhone in at home on my pc or laptop, that box unfortunately doesn't open which would allow me to view and transfer them like I could at work.
Just wondering how I can make that box or folder appear so I can easily transfer my photos and videos at home.
