How to turn on the bluetooth in Inspiron E1405? Thanks?

I can't find how to turn on bluetooth in my laptop but there is a bluetooth symbol near the power button, indicating if its use or not if the light in the symbol is on then it is on use, but in mine it is not on and i can't find how to turn it on.
please help... Thank You
