How to "un-invite" someone to Florida on vacation?

My bff is going to Florida and bringing 2 people. She asked me and this other girl originally but I couldn't go. So there was only 1 spot left so she asked this annoying girl. But now I can go! So how can we "uninvite" her? She can't just say "oh hey your not going" because their moms talk. So how can we make her not want to go?
