Windows XP and he has performed a system restore which has caused a panda internet security 2009 error and now part of the program has deleted and another part is still on the system as I get error messages continuously when the pc boots telling me VCL150.bpl is missing so the panda can not run. I try to uninstall it all known ways normally , safe mode, msconfig and nothing will uninstall it saying access denied write protected. I hope you can help me out with this and my friends pc is unworkable now.</p></blockquote><p></p>
