how to unlock iphone using cydia and ultrasn0w?

I successfully have cydia on my iphone 3gs 4.2.1with ipad 06.15 band. I search for ultrasn0w and instal. It asks to reboot and my iphone only makes it to the apple logo and then i have to reboot in dfu to get back to my home screen. i want to essentially use my t-mobile sim on this iphone.

I don't know about that Unlocking process,So i suggest the remote I-phone unlock service to unlock from Network lock,to use with any GSM network,You can get the remote unlock service at here Ihav.net and unlock it....
