How to unlock Sony Erickson Cyber shot cell phone, so it works with Tmobile?

I got this phone while I was overseas and have been trying to get it unlocked but tmobile said that they cant do it. So I was just wondering if there is any other way to do it. Everytime I try to put tmobile sim in it asks for a code. any help would be greatly apperciated. thanks in advance
