HOW TO UNLOCK SONY ERICSSON M600i FOR FREE?

I have my phone on orange and i would like to get it working on O2.
Could someone please give me a guide that does not cost money to unlock my phone for free??
It would be highly appreciated .

I doubt you'll unlock it for free !

I have a k610i on T-Mobile - and I'd like it unlocked so I can sell it - as I have a new phone on the three network !

No-one can give me a straight answer as to why (a) mobiles are 'locked' to a network in the first place - and (b) why it costs £15 to have a handset unlocked !

Hi free unlock code is not available for your sony ericsson m600i . So better you can go for paid unlocking service. I would suggest this site Theunlockarena.com here you can get the unlock code and unlock your sony ericsson m600i easily. To get the code you have to mention which country is locked now,network provider and imei number. Then they send unlock code through email.
