How to use TMPGEnc Authoring Works 4.0.2.14?

I copied files from my Canon HG10 HD Camcorder to my hard drive.
The files are in .mts file format. When i asked here how to convert these files to other format the answer i got was to use TMPGEnc Authoring Works 4.0.2.14.

Now i am using it.

When i am starting this application and select start/source options i am getting a message saying "Project Instance Not Found". Then no options can be selected.

Please help me to use this software. How can i put the .mts files in my Hard disk in this software for converting?

I have the same problem on my PC but when I use the program on my laptop I do not have the problem at all and it work perfect. I think we have to install codec pack like divX or ffdshow.
