how to use wild edibles in cooking?

we have to use wild edibles such as cat tails, dandilion, hay sop, mullien, and clover to be used with a dish. The thing y tner and i have no idea what to make since all the good stuff was taken in class like cat tail flour to make pancakes and such. so far my partner and i only have squirrel meat and pheasant meat to use with these wild edibles problem is we have no idea how to use them with eachother.... any ideas on how to mix the 2 or other ideas for making a dish with wild edibles?
