I am planning to watch my daily salt and sugar intake but I am confused.
What is the daily recommended for salt and sodium? 6grams salt and 2.5 sodium? and what is the different between them?
Walkers baked potato chips show that every bag (25grams) = 100 cal and 0.5 grams Salt. Is this good?
Carrefour vegetable soup 300ml has 110 kcal and 0.5, I mix this with steamed broccoli.
And same about sugar, I think the daily recommended intake is 12tbsp, but what about the sugar in fruits??!! 1 Apple has more than 15grams of sugar :S
How much is too much?
