My computer has been not working well for a couple of weeks now. My virus scanner says a do have a major virus, and is causing this major problem. I was wondering if there was a way to completely remove all memory this computer has and start over again. I have looked this up on google, but I keep getting offers for discs (that I have to pay for.) I would rather not pay for this, although if it is the only way, I'm willing to do so. All suggestions appreciated.
