How to work at Pixar?

I have been a big fan of Pixar ever since i was a kid! (obviously) I bet alot of people are too. really want to have an opportunity to work with them as some sort of graphic designer. and I have some really great movie ideas. I know i have big dreams and all, but the main question i have is how do i work with pixar?

Im already studying to become a graphic designer.
I really want to know what you guys think about how to go about this. thanks!
 
You have to figure out the channels where they get their employees. If they have small staff and high competition to get a job with them, they may run contests (including online), or attend some contests where aspiring and experienced graphic designers/animators gather. Try looking on their websites, maybe they have a simple "apply for a job" page.
