how to work on cruise ships?

I tried to apply for a job online through the ship,
they (the company) told me to complete the steps there,
one of which is paid to the administration of one of America credit card and I do not have a credit card to pay for the American administration,
but it is one of the requirements to be able to continue with the registration,
is there another way for me to work on the ship? i really want to work on a ship

Oh, this is very sad for you but I didn't like to ship work.
I think other jobs are not bad you try the restaurant job, office job, and other things.
what do you say?
