how to write a travel catalogue ?

i want to write a catalogue for my company that is about tours and also some basic information on the country and what to do and where to shop. But how should i start what should i include and how should i arrange the information ??? Are there any samples of catalogues that i can have a look at ?? Are there any websites that teaches of how to write catalogues content starting from scratch ?/?
