How to write Stand Up jokes?

Hi, Does any one have any tips on how to write really good, 'Stand Up Comedy' Jokes, Like one liners or standard jokes? Im really into comedy and at college i get about laughs about every 5 minutes, but its not really joke material, I just want tips or any secret methods to writing good jokes around topics, thanks :)
