How? When? & Why? did tattoos come in style, and whats their outlook for the future?
i'm 21 with 4 tattoos and plan to get about 3 more when i get my income tax refund check, i'm one of those people who think of tats as "body art" and that they are cool especially if they tell life stories or experiences of that person, but for people on here who maybe a little older than me i was curious to when,why and how tattoos became "cool" and what are your opinions about their future, do you think it's just a "phase" that our society is going through right now or do you all think tats are here to stay for future generations
