How would I sell truffles in LA?

I found an amazing patch of wonderful black truffles in my back yard that could technically finance my school tuition. But I don't know how to sell them! I've looked on Craigslist and there is no restaurant & food section. I have a 41.5 oz, wonderful smelling whole black truffle I just picked. A personal chef or restaurant might be interested. Some info about truffles below:

Prime winter black truffles will run you anywhere from $700 to $3000 dollars a pound, depending on availability and type.

Contac the highest end restaurant in town ad also try buying them- then reverse modes and try to sell them to the place who wanted high dollar from you. I know nothing about truffles BUT if they are that expensive I would be Goggling places that sell/buy them.
