And tired.  We all poured into multiple taxis, none of us saying goodbye since we were all heading the same way anyway. I offered Kaylin the third seat in the backseat of Nico and I’s taxi, but she said no, that she rathered give us some “privacy” and winked at me.The whole conversation had made me blush like a fool, but after a while, Nico and I were sitting in the back seat of the taxi, watching the darkness of 11:00 pm roll outside. It made me even more tired. My eyelids grew heavy. “Nico, I think im gonna catch some z’s on the way back”He smiled. “Hush, love. Sleep.” And so, after a while, I found myself asleep, leaning on Nico’s right shoulder.It took about an hour to get back to the school, considering it was more out in the country. When the Taxi huddled to a stop, Nico and I climbed out and headed for the dorms. It was a huge building outside the actual school building. A crowd of us huddled inside. The dorm was basically a big white walled building with lots of smaller rooms inside, where 3 or 4 people (of the same gender, of course!) would bunk together. Nico and I told each other good night, and then Kaylin, Alexa, and I walk into our dorm. Alexa closed the door and then we all got prepared for bed. “Im gonna go take a shower.” Kaylin said, walking toward our dorm bathroom. “Don’t miss me too much” and she closed the door to the bathroom. A few moments later we heard the shower faucet turn on. Alexa sits on her zebra print bed, which she often calls Zeebee, and I pull on a t-shirt and Soft shorts and climb into my bed, which had a black comforter with the moon and stars all around it. After a little while, I hear the shower faucet turn off, and Kaylin walks into the room with wet hair and sheep covered pajamas, and crawls into her bed. Her bed was red, with black swirly designs covering it. I lie on my back and clap my hands. The lights turn off. We lie there for a few moments in silence. Then someone giggles. I recognize it as Kaylins voice. “What?” I ask.
