When I install a new toner cartridge, I get the same problems. The black print is blurry and the light print doesn't appear at all. When I run a test page, the light print doesn't appear always in the same places. I have tried 3 new cartridges even HP manufactured but the same problems occur. I have tried cleaning by running a blank cleaning sheet but this doesn't make any difference.
