Hp pavillion laptop touchpad?

i was using my computer in the living room 2day and i noticed that the thing to scroll on my touch pad (on the right side, shown by like an oval with a line in it) its really nice to use but it stopped working. i hav a pavillion dv5 and it used to work fine. plz help? is this a settings problem or do i hav to install somthing or wahtever?
 
agreed...go to ur comps website and dl ur touch mouse driver and install it again and i promiose it will work again
