I get an upgrade in two weeks. and i want to get a htc fuze but do you have to pay to use it even if i dont use the features like windows 6.1? Because i mainly just like it for the keyboard and touchscreen. And i was also thinking of a At&t quickfire but heard the touchscreen on it was bad.
