HTC or Nokia? Desire Z or 7 Pro; E7 or N9?

Okay, so we have four touchscreen qwerty handsets from two manufacturers renowned for solid build quality. There are four OSs, namely Android 2.2 (Froyo), WP7, Symbian^3 & MeeGo, the Desire Z and E7 are both out (or all-but-out) and the HTC 7 Pro and Nokia N9 are due early 2011. I currently have an iPhone 3GS I'm looking to replace -it's been fantastic, but is now a little dated (I get bored with my phones usually after 12 months) and the iPhone 4 offers not enough change and the same old icon grid layout. I like the 5-row keypad of the 7 Pro as well as the look of WP7; the screen, camera & design of the E7; the marketplace and fluidity of the Desire Z; the freshness and potential of a new OS with a major backing from Nokia in the form of MeeGo.

So, which to run with -you decide.
