Obviously The Touch Pro 2 Is a more capable Internet PDA Smartphone. Just depends on what you need, if you Travel only within the US & like to text a lot and only email or browse the web a couple of times a month go with the rogue $10 - $20 a Month for internet. If you plan on Traveling World wide, & browsing the Web every day and Getting multiple Emails daily, and don't mind the $30 Monthly Internet plan, go with the Touch Pro 2. Both phones Require a Data Package.
