Ok, this is not a "simple" question and I don't need, "Well, it works on mine" as a responses or "Go into email options and select 'ON' next to HTML email settings." It's not that easy. I have a Storm. This is my 4th BlackBerry. I'm very experienced with everything on the device. HOWEVER, when I plug my device into my work desktop and sync, it takes away the HTML options from my BES work email account (Email Settings). But I also have Desktop Manager setup on my personal laptop and when I sync with my work BES account from my laptop it re-adds the HTML option to my email settings. My initial gut response is the it has to do with BES/work permissions and/or a policy, but I don't think that's it since both of these machines are setup to sync with the same BES/email account. I've uninstalled DM from my work Desktop and reinstalled. Still no go.
