I can now confirm that feelers have been sent Hulk Hogan's way about doing the match. The matches talked about for him involve John Cena and Chris Jericho. They are also still trying to get Rourke to face Jericho although that looks unlikely.

Here are some RUMORED matches that have been confirmed by a well-placed source within WWE earlier today:

- Triple H vs. Randy Orton (WWE Championship Match) - This is pretty much confirmed.

- Shawn Michaels vs. Undertaker - This is also pretty much confirmed.

- Jeff Hardy vs. Matt Hardy - Once again, this is highly likely.

- Chris Jericho vs. Mickey Rourke or Hulk Hogan. Hogan looks more likely as Rourke has been told by his agents not to do any in-ring match.

- John Cena vs. Hulk Hogan or Edge. There has been talk of doing Edge vs. The Big Show as well. If Hogan does a match with Jericho, Cena would be able to face someone else.

- Edge vs. Big Show (WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match) or Edge vs. John Cena depending on what they do.

As always during WrestleMania season, things can change at the drop of a dime, but these are the current plans.

hogan vs jericho...ha, that ain't happening and hogan vs cena, that really ain't happening!!! it's already confirmed as Cena vs Edge.

and oh yeah, ive heard it's also already confirmed as either flair vs jericho, austin vs jericho, or rourke vs jericho and rourke wasn't told by his agent not to wrestle, he was told by the Academy of Motion Pictures (the people responsible for the Oscars) not to be involved with Mania and the WWE if he wants any shot at all winning the Oscar for best actor. But the Oscars are before Mania so they are still holding out hope that after the Oscars he will be at Mania, it's not like the Academy could strip him of the Oscar if he wins it and gets involved with Maina.
