Humor in movies. In particular PIXAR.?

Ok I'm 18 years old and I am a film buff. I am also opened minded with movies. Don't get me wrong I like Pixar movies but I don't find them remotely funny. Critics all hail the films as Hilarious! I couldn't disagree more though the films are near perfect I don't see how nearly all adult critics could find this kind of humor funny funny!

Woody Allen is my hero. Critics also say his films are hilarious again I just cannot agree. Both examples to me are light hearted and not VERY serious but hilarious is a big stretch!

I'm not a humorless troll I laugh at stuff like Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Chaser's War on Everything, and even Pee Wee's Big Adventure.

Please give me your input Why is this funny to you personally? Do you think it's funny? What do you find Funny?

By the way I am not cutting down the movies only questioning what CRITICS find funny or HILARIOUS!

Humor isn't something tangible. It's simply something we all have a sense of, and for everyone it's different. In the same way not everyone will find one specific thing or person "beautiful", not everyone will happen to find the exact same thing funny (or hilarious, for that matter).

You're simply in the minority, is all. Not *everyone* can find these types of films funny, and you just happen to be one of those people who don't.
