humour in the Western society is becoming more and more

sex-oriented..what do you think about this? Have you noticed how the big jokes shared by adults in social situations like at dinners tend to be quite sex-oriented? I personally find this a little uncomfortable when I am in this situation; I merely feign laughter and wish I were somewhere else at these moments, but what do other people think? Are we becoming a society that's obsessed with sex and everything about it? Give me traditional knock-knock jokes any day...lol
