Hurt my back, when i picked up my mattress?

last night i felt something pull in my back. i woke up this morning i cannot move my leg without extreme pain, i feel like a child that cant sit up. but the wierdest part is i feel light i have to poo all the time even after i have done so, what the hell is going on?
should i go to the hospital?

Before going to the hospital I would visit a doctor instead. You'll spend so much time at the hospital because they won't find your injury more important than others.

go the hospital. for your own good.
