Hwo do I sideload apps from computer onto Sony Ericsson Xperia with AT&T?

I have a few apps on my computer that I wanna add to my phone but AT&T blocks you from doing that.There is a program that I found called Sideload Wonder Machine and it worked once but not now.Is there another way I can do this other then the Wonder Machine?My phone does not show up when I start Wonder Machine.Im sure the USB ofr my phone is installed.debugging turned on.Phone set to charge only but still the same.What am I doing wrong our is there something else I can do?
