My car has always had a little smoke coming from the engine, and they used to tell me it's fine. But nowadays it's getting pretty hectic. There is a thick cloud of smoke as soon as the revs pick up, and my engine was very hot this morning. Any advice? And how much will it cost more or less to get it fixed?
