...a huge problem. What can I do? Every night I lay awake for hours just thinking. It's terrible. I stress myself out and get anxious. I dread going to sleep. What can I do to clear my mind and just get to sleep? It's already 2:30 am and I have to get up at 7:30 and travel tomorrow. Please help! Thanks times a million. Oh, and once I'm asleep I'm a heavy sleeper. It's just GETTING to sleep that is the problem.
