No dude, I'm 15 too, and i would take that, but you should be at least 21 years old... and it could not even be approved by the FDA, so it might not work. Also you won't always see results from those pills. Trust me dude, i read Muscle and Fitness magazine, and go to the gym to lift almost 5 to 6 days a week. Consult a nutritionist or a personal trainer to know exactly what you should be taking.
