(soft) - NEED HELP? I am and uncircumcised 15 year old boy and I can pull my foreskin over my 'bell' with great ease when I am Flaccid. Firstly, I can not get my penis totally erect (but I can ejaculate, but yet it is still abit floppy) and when I am erect as much as I can At this time my foreskin still goes over half of my 'bell'.
Does this mean my penis isnt fully developed (so my foreskin still is on half of my 'bell') and that it doesnt get fully erected. Or is my penis to big (heavy) to get fully erect. (12 - 15 cm flaccid)
I can physically pull back my foreskin when i am flaccid and erected. But normally (in porn etc) when mens penis' are erected they point upwards and no foreskin on the 'bell' and not slightly floppy.
Please Please Please help
