times a wk. Why can't i lose weight? I weigh about 132lbs now. Most of my teenage years and early 20'd I was abot 115-120lbs. I don't eat fast food at all. Idon't even eat fried food period. It's so frustrating. I've followed the Abs Diet book and many other diets, but i can't seem to get the weight off my stomach. If anyone has some suggestions or has been in a similiar situation please help!
