yet easy chicken recipe? I am cooking dinner tonight... Anybody care to share a traditional Greek, yet easy chicken recipe
 
I don't know how traditionally Greek this is but Feta Chicken is easy and quick. Just marinate some chicken breasts in Italian salad dressing, then place in a pan. Top it with some sliced Kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, chopped roasted red peppers and sprinkle some crumbled feta on top. Bake at 350F for about 40 minutes.
