I cant go running. I know that running is the best exercise but the track that I run on is covered in snow and has been all winter. So I cant start running until like March when the snow starts to melt. If I run 4 times a week from March until May/June, do you think I can lose 20-25 lbs? Right now, I am dieting and eating mostly fruits and veggies and protein and drinking a lot of water. I do pilates every night. Will it work? Thanks?
