I have three little brothers all below the age if 7, and ALL on the autistic spectram. I have moved from the UK to the USA, so school is sometimes an issue, I am failing most of my classes, I am being tested for ADD and so far its positive, and I am transitioning to High School next Year. Any Ideas on how I can calm myself down when things get stressed??
