...Verizon.? I am having trouble connecting to the internet through Verizon. When I do connect I lose the connection every so often. It says there is no internet access. I have trouble shooted with Verizon and even had a new device sent to me. Still same problem. Does anyone know if Verizon is having trouble with these Mobile hotspot devices? They are supposed to come check the area and the tower but haven't done so yet! My phones are from Verizon and they work fine at home. I also had a netbook with built in internet access and didn't have a problem when I used it. The problem started when I got a laptop and use this new hotspot device.

the ability to use it as a mobile hotspot is in almost every android device and new iphones aswell its not the device thats the issue verizon needs to either check what they have done with the device (before selling it operators tamper with the software to install their own start up screen and sometimes disable functions like wireless hotspot if they dont want their customers using it) but nowadays they install internet limits so leave the hotspot functionallity in tact.

wait for them to check the mast if not complain again they have to replace the phone or do something by law as the phone isnt working properly
