...Verizon.? I am having trouble connecting to the internet through Verizon. When I do connect I lose the connection every so often. It says there is no internet access. I have trouble shooted with Verizon and even had a new device sent to me. Still same problem. Does anyone know if Verizon is having trouble with these Mobile hotspot devices? They are supposed to come check the area and the tower but haven't done so yet! My phones are from Verizon and they work fine at home. I also had a netbook with built in internet access and didn't have a problem when I used it. The problem started when I got a laptop and use this new hotspot device.
