I am interested in doing voluntary work?

Hi!!

I am very tired of this materialistic world and want to get away from people i know and away from my routine life, I wanna take a career break and break from everything i have been doing.

I would like to know if anyone knows where i can do some voluntary work where i can help the needy old people, or children or do any kind of work that will be helpful for others.I am a UK resident, i have a 10 year US visa and I am an Indian Citizen.


I am a qualified fashion designer with masters in fashion business.

I would like to do it for free where i can just get accomodation, any suggestions of any non profit organisations or websites? Please help.

i volunteer at the hospital. you just go in and get a form and ask to volunteer. you might have to go to an orrientation but its fun. you just bring people food and talk or read to them it helps alot.

Try a women & children's shelter or at the hospital.
