I live with my one parent and my brother with the other.
I have been trying to eat healthier but the problem is that I always eat what is easiest, I have tried removing all the microwavable fast food from the house, but every weekend the house fills with cookies, chips, sugary cereals and pizza pockets when my brother comes over, not to mention chinese food by the truck load (yes he smokes a lot of weed, yes I am going to do something about it, what else are big brothers for? lol)
he leaves at the end of the weekend with a ton of crap left behind and I get my parent to hide it... I just found a bag of cookies.
I was hoping you all could suggest some very quick, easy, fill and healthy foods, I lived on bagged salads for a little while. but got sick of it.
any suggestions?
